Thermal Bound Booklets
Thermal bound booklets use a spine strip alongside a heat process to create a smart, flat bind.
They also include an inbuilt front and rear clear protective cover.
Unlike perfect bound booklets (min order 25 copies), there is no minimum order on thermal bound booklets. This makes them ideal for shorter runs.

As standard, we offer the following sizes (Other sizes are available upon request).

Inner Material
This is the material used for your inside pages (other than the cover). Please note, you can also choose a booklet without a cover material.

Cover Material
A card cover is optional on a booklet but helps add rigidity.

No of Pages
30 – 650 pages
This is the number of pages for a double-sided document. Half the number of pages if you want your document printed single-sided.
